I had a very nice stay at the Baymont. Check-in was fast and easy and friendly. Room was very clean, and when I had problems hooking up my PS3 to the television, the front desk went out of their way to help me. There is nothing super fancy and there is some hallway noise, though it quieted down quite early.... More

Is it asking too much to have an established standard for Baymont? This place was being renovated. The room I stayed in for $80, should have been renovated. Patio door lock was broken. They put a metal pole in the doorframe to substitute for the lock. Extension cords and powerstrips were placed around the room just asking for a fire hazard. We go to the hotel about 40min before checking time. Chad radioed the head housekeeper and they got our room ready early. Your crew rocks. The room was clean and well stocked. The beds were amazing. Pillows were thrown in the middle of the bed with no pillow cases on them. Then had no washcloths. Then toilet wouldn't flush, chain came off-repaired myself. 2 cups for coffee none for water or brushing your teeth. Outside of hotel had litter all over. Not a good experience at all!

I read this with disbelief. I went and checked with our housekeeping supervisor and she confirmed that there was pillowcases on the pillows in your room when you checked out so not sure how they got there if they were not there when you checked in. As for fixing your toilet yourself, that is what front desk staff is for.... More
