it was ok. it smelled funny, kinda like soy sauce. it hits ya as soon as you get off the elavator. it was owned/ran by indians. so not sure if its their insence or air fresheners. no conditioner in bathrooms. could tell it was a older hotel revamped. hot tub needed work. water was low & when you turned it... “Super clean and friendly!!!!!!”

Very clean and quiet it was a blizzard when we arrived but the staff was super nice and the price was awesome!!!! Thanks best western for acts of kindness and friendliness !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A++++++++++++

“Right place to stay in Merrillville, IN”

Everything in the hotel was perfect and excellent, the staff was excellent and very helpful to me Specially the little girl. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms were neat and clean amongst I ever seen. Location is perfect.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in merriville, INdiana. The hotel was clean & the staff were very pleasant. The rooms were very accomodating. I would stay there again. The location was convenient as well.

“Helpful and Courteous”

Your night clerk (Ryan) was very helpful and courteous; good hire! The room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to sleep well which is very important when I travel; the hotel was very quiet. The hotel was conveniently located and made our stay more pleasant.

“World's Best Hotel!”

I come here very often. The rooms are very clean and neat. Breakfast is just like home made and fresh!! Front desk staff is very friendly, always ready to help. I would definately recommand everybody to go and stay here. One of the best hotel in town. Thank You,

“Excellent stay”

Excellent hotel for the money. Traveling through on my way home and stopped for the night. The hotel representative was nice, as well as the room. Breakfast was served early enough for me to enjoy before I left early the next morning. Check in and Check out was a breeze.
