We stayed here on our way to move in day at IU. The rate was much less than the Bloomington hotels. The room seemed recently renovated, free wifi, flat screen TV, and micro and fridge were in the room along with free wifi. I couldn't ask for much more for less than $70 per night. Front desk service could've been... More

We got what we paid for. Usually stay in Bloomington for $150 or more but saved the $$. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Mattresses sagged, clock radio didn't work and while the rooms seemed clean, they were tired. It looks like they were trying to renovate but it wasn't complete. Overall, feels like we got a $50 room.

I was very pleased with this Best Western from check-in to check-out. Very good rates. Staff was courteous and very helpful with local directions, which I appreciated so much. My room was exceptionally clean, bathroom was spotless. Everything worked perfectly: TV, remote control, AC and lighting. Sheets and towels clean, pillows were comfortable, bed was very, very comfortable. My room... More

Nothing went right with this hotel. From an overbooked situation to the old slice of pizza found in the room's ice bucket. When one of our members of our group left an item behind, the management couldn't find the energy to take it to a pre-arranged UPS store within 2 miles of the property. Very poor customer service.

We had a group reservation for approx. 25 rooms, The hotel did not have any of the paper work ready and were extremely slow getting us registered. Hotel was over booked and some in our group had to relocate and others had to double up. No community space, some members wanted to play cards and were told no.

My wife and I stayed 4 days and we where treated very kindly and the staff was very clean n orderly. Just a great time with family in Martinsville and the best western Inn made it comfortable. I would stay there again and would surly recommend it to others.

Very Clean, staff was friendly and out going helping to make our stay enjoyable. We stay there every time that are in the area. Property clean inside and out. Free breakfast, would like to see a little better breakfast but what they had was not too bad.

This hotel is about 2/3 of the way between Indianapolis and Bloomington, Indiana. We stay here frequently when visiting Bloomington. It is clean, quiet, and convenient to route 37. It offers a decent although not expansive breakfast. Gas stations and restaurants are nearby.

Stayed here on business, hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Doors on rooms don,t seem very secure, but we had no problems. Breakfast was very average but overall would recommend this hotel. This is the first time we used this hotel, we rented three rooms for our business trip. We will compare again next time in area but will... More

Paid for two nights booked on a "discount" website. I informed the clerk upon check in that I had two different reservation codes and asked if I would be staying in the same room both nights to which he responded that it would be ok. I paid a much higher price for the second nights stay, which was supposed to... More
