I planned a mother/daughter outing in Madison at Schussler House. If just being old equates to charm, then that would be the only charm we could discern at this run-down place. We went to Madison for the Christmas Tour and loved that the Schussler House was within walking distance of downtown Madison. The home was beautiful and charming with its 10' Christmas Tree and lots of decorations. The next morning we had the most wonderful french toast. We can't wait to go back in the Spring for the home garden tour. more

This fall we spent the night at the Schussler House. The breakfast was fantastic. We did not go away hungry! In fact, we were given muffins for the road!!!
