I stayed here with a friend for a weekend getaway. We reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and a refrigerator. (We actually called ahead for the refrigerator.) When we checked in, we reminded the front desk that we would need the refrigerator and they said they would bring one up- if they could find one. So on to... More

Overall not a bad stay the rooms were clean but the pillows were huge and extremely bad for your neck and back. Do not book online call them as they have specials all the time online cost was around 200 we actually got the room for 70 on a weekend. We were disappointed we could not get other pillows and... We were travelers passing through, and were very pleasantly surprised with both the Hotel and the Casino. Yes, there is a walk from the Hotel to the casino, but it's a totally enclosed walkway that is very scenic. This is probably the most beautiful casino outside of Vegas. Nothing else in Indiana, Illinois, Mississippi, Louisiana or Iowa can touch this... More

Our room (king bed, non-smoking) was like a normal hotel room...nothing fancy. The bed was VERY firm and a bit lumpy (think it was all the mattress padding under sheet)...hubby didn't have a problem but with my arthritis, my hips were killing me with how hard the bed was. Toilet was pretty low to the floor but bathroom was clean... More

We recently stayed here as part of a wedding group. I am not a gambler, so keep that in mind as you read. Pros: - The staff. Everyone we met was top shelf. They were helpful to the point of going above and beyond. - The decor. The hotel and atrium are beautiful. They have the sense of grandeur that... More

The hotel is for the casino people and not for overnite. The check-in was quick and the staff were nice. I ask about breakfast in the morning,She said there is one place in the casino that is open 24hr`s. After finding the casino, by the way is a long ways from the hotel, and it is a smoking area and... I have been gambling for years and been to many casino resorts in Vegas, Connecticut, the Caribbean and frequent the Columbus Hollywood casino nearby. I was comped a room for two nights at the Hollywood in Lawrenceburg so I thought I would check it out. Hotel: Walking into the hotel, you are immediately struck in the face with a smell... More

We are not gamblers, but wanted to see what the "rave" was about, so we decided to book a night at Hollywood. We arrived at the hotel/casino and it was larger then I was expecting. We used valet parking it's only $3.00 so worth the cost. Our check in was fast polite and the decor is immediate "old Hollywood" which... More

This casino/hotel is a nice getaway when in southern Indiana/Ohio. It was a great place to stay in conjunction with our trip to a Reds game this summer. The hotel is very nice, well kept, with pleasant staff. The buffet was very nice, and the casino was a fun place to spend some time. Easy to get to off the... More

Have not stayed there in a while and the newly remodeled rooms look great. The beds are a lot more comfy than they used to be. Their is still a lot of noise that comes in from the other rooms and through the halls but it is still awesome.
