Being in the customer service business myself for more than 11 years I can honestly say the Best Western staff at the Lafayette Executive Plaza & Conference center is great at providing excellent customer service! The front desk staff was very accommodating. Candice "from Iowa with the Minnesota accent" is very friendly. Shane in the restaurant knows how to serve... more

I stayed at this Lafayette hotel in February, during a weekend when there were lots of kids and families. I was apprehensive about possible noise (I was there on business), but the staff was diligent about maintaining a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. They even had a noise policy in place. more

My dauther, son (ages 7 and 5), husband and I initially chose this hotel a few years ago because it had an indoor pool. When we arrived and found, Buccaneer Bay was also available we were very excited. Now that we are trying to spend our family budget wisely, we decided to have shorter vacations more often and utilize locations... more

We were looking for a -place that would accept our pet. He is 80 pounds.. the hotel mentioned up to 150lbs would be fine. This was the only 3 star mentioned on Pricelines site.. so I got a bid that was accepted.. turned out it was this hotel. Room was very ample and clean.. The fan in the bathroom would... more

The problems began immediately....I was staying there with my two boys...we went to our room and it was already occupied. I returned to the desk and they stated that they were having computer problems & promptly game me a new room. To my amazement....there were clothes and personal items of another guest in this room, also. Now I have keys... more

If you are going to Lafayette, you should definitely stay here. Our family of 4 stayed overnight on our way to the Indy 500 and it was extremely clean and was an amazing value. We paid a regular rate but got an executive room, which was huge and came with little bottles of wine and a fridge (unstocked) which came... more

I just got done spending the night at the Lafayette Best Western. The hotel was nice even though it was under construction. We were in town for a seminar at Purdue so the hotel was full. The rooms were well furnished, the only problems I had was that the person staying next door left his TV on all night and... more

We stayed at this hotel on our way to The Mall of America via Chicago and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and nice. Located right off interstate and many restaurants handy as well as Wal-mart and Target. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would definetely recommend this gem. more

I have been staying here since 1973. It was originally built as a high-end Howard Johnson. Over the years things changed. For example the standard fair HOJO restaurant was joined by a new fine dining restaurant and the HOJO restaurant was eventually closed. Later it changed hands and was a Radisson. In it's most recent reincarnation it's a Best Western.... more
