Absolutely terrible! Didn't have room we reserved, put us in room beside stairwell, when we specifically requested NOT to be in a room beside stairwell, then, when complaining about this, they chided us, told us it was OUR FAULT and even the "boyfriend" of the clerk chided us at the front desk. Was allowed to check in early, which was nice. Clean room, air conditioning already on when I arrived. I like the new linens in the Fairfield Inn rooms. The Fairfield Inn is my new favorite hotel chain. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it has wireless internet access, breakfast, and a pool.
