Great location for Thunder over Louisville but WAY overpriced at $300 a night. Beds are tiny. Service was friendly and extra security and included parking were nice.

We loved this hotel for a weekend getaway. We dined at the Bristol Cafe, the restaurant was PERFECT! We had an awesome view of the river and Downtown Louisville. The food,drinks and dessert were all exceptional. Our room was ample,clean,up to date,and comfortable.The entire staff was friendly,inviting and helpful. We hope to be back very soon, a definite must stay!!

Nice hotel. Very helpful/nice staff. Nice club lounge. local shuttle service. Right on the Ohio River. Walking distance to food -or take the shuttle. Comfortable room. I would stay again.

the breakfast was lukewarm to warm every morning. the wait staff especially shuttle driver Frank G is one of the best. He showed us all the hotspots drank beers with us after hrs, and put up with our crap for a week! Thanks! KB MBS class

First time at this hotel. Staff waas great, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and so were the rooms. The Sunday bruch was excellent and the food was so good. The Bristol Grill was very pretty and with view of the river. Recommend anyone going to Louisville to try this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The location is convenient to the airport and downtown Lousiville - with complimentary shuttle to take you take you there. Upgrade to club level and enjoy complimentary wine with evening snacks and a nice breakfast. Small but adequate pool, hot tub and fitness room. Good options for dining attached to the hotel.
