We stayed for the 2015 Thunder Over Louisville. This place was great. Could see the show pretty well and the place clean and well taken care of. The staff was simply fantastic, made feel one of the family. Will stay here again.

We visited on a rainy evening and found the residence inn exactly what we needed. It is located in a small group of accomodations near the Ohio river and several restaurants. In fact, there is a Subaway sandwich shop right behind it. Even though it was a weeknight, the inn was busy, but we didn't noticed any excessive noise or... More

I booked this hotel through a link on Mapquest. It offered free cancellation, no deposit required, billing to be at time of stay. I booked in January for an April arrival. When I received my February credit card statement, I was VERY surprised to see the hotel billing for the full amount of my stay. I called my credit card... More

I have been long overdue writing about this unique property. I have stayed here almost 8 months a year for the past 3 years. I had never stayed in an extended stay hotel and cannot believe what a wonderful experience for a long, long time traveler such as myself. I hold Top Level status at every major hotel chain in... Dear Chieftan 57, Thank you for taking the time to share comments with everyone on your recent stay at the TownePlace Suites Louisville North. The hotel is designed for guest staying for short terms up to an extended stay. The advantage of having an all suite hotel is that it gives you the amenities of being at home. We are... More

We were looking for a hotel w 2 bedrooms near New Albany. We are Marriott reward customers and chose this based upon location, suites and price. We were highly disappointed for the price we paid. The rooms are outdated and the water from the shower was brown. Breakfast was small and unsatisfying. We won't stay here again. Pick another hotel... More

Thank you for the feedback about your stay at our hotel. I was disheartened to read that our grab-and-go breakfast was not up to your expectations. Please accept our apologies. The suites at this hotel are very nice. You have your own mini kitchen witch is aptly appropriated with utensils and such. It's close to the river and a lot of great dining . nice gym and a very friendly staff..

Was in Louisville for a quick stopover and stayed at the Towneplace Suites. Checked in fast and was assigned a nice room. The front desk attendant suggested a few restaurants and actually walked (in the snow) me in the right direction. Breakfast was very simple, Gloria checked me out and was very attentive. I realized later that day that I... More

I though this would have been a nice place: close to downtown louisville; justifying its price slightly higher that the others. The location was perfect: close to DT, nice running path closeby (along the river), the hotel itself was really diappointing. First, I had taken a one bedroom appartment: the bedroom was against the elevator wall: quietness being very important... More

The first room I was offered reeked of smoke. The second room I was offered was dirty and looked like they hadn't cleaned the bathroom. I tried to get the office on the phone to change again but they didn't answer. I had to clean the toilet seat with dish washing liquid, and slept in my cloths. Horrible, wouldn't recommend... More

The construction on I-65 is horrid in Louisville, yet this hotel is a fine respite. The rooms are very clean and well apportioned for an extended stay. Great location for the Louisville area. Friendly staff, fabulous beds, clean bathrooms, functional kitchen area, and more TV channels than anyone needs and free speedy internet.
