We were very impressed with the rooms and the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They even took the time to enforce the rules at night to provide a nicer environment for those of us who travel without children. It was nice to have the curfew enforced as the parents were allowing their kids to take over the place... More

Definitely a cool location, we had a room overlooking the canal which was nice. Staff was extremely nice which is a huge perk. When we got there they had social hour with free beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks. The room is set up like a small apartment room which is also pretty neat. A couple downfalls though: indoor pool... More

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in town to watch a basketball game and this hotel is a short drive or walkable distance from the arena. The staff were nice and the place was clean. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The kids played video games in the game room and planned to swim, but didn't have time.... More

Stayed at this hotel for the first time for a weekend getaway. We had a canal view room on the third floor, it was great. The staff was very friendly during the day and night. The room was very clean and quiet minus the morning we had people above us who were noisy, sounded like kids running around. The hotel... More

The best thing about this hotel is being on the come now and having a room at the Canalview and the front desk staff. The breakfast is OK and has a nice meeting area. The rooms are above average and very clean and the front desk staff is extremely helpful. I for some reason don't seem to be in luck on... More

I was in Indianapolis this week for several meetings at the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library (a "must-see"), which is just around the corner from the Residence Inn. I've stayed here on numerous occasions over the past 2 years, but this was the best visit ever. The new Operations Supervisor, Timothy Parks, has very high standards, which are reflected in every... My boyfriend and I stayed here a couple of nights when we came to town for a Colts game. The location of the hotel is amazing. You can walk right out onto the Canal from the hotel. Also, it is walking distance to everything downtown. We walked to the Capitol, different monuments, the mall, restaurants, bars, and Lucas Oil Stadium.... More

As a Marriott Silver Elite member, I was a little disappointed in the stay. Although it sits on the canal and has a beautiful 3 mile walkway to experience (especially on a gorgeous Fall day!), it did not meet my expectations of a Residence Inn. I was told I received an upgrade (probably for the canal view), but the room... More

We paid a ridiculous amount to stay for a Colts game. It was not worth that amount! It was what was available, otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else. It is what it is, a Residence Inn. Nice staff, clean, but outdated. The bathroom setup is weird and the shower/toilet area is tiny.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and staying at our hotel. I apologize we were not able to meet your expectations. The property was renovated less than three years ago and we try hard to maintain it. As of the rates, like you mentioned demand drives prices up and the demand for the Colts game was extremely high. I hope... More
