Had a conference there. Facilities are old and outdated. Rooms have disgusting sinks, toilets and showers. Gross carpet. Out of the way. No dining worth your time. Can not give you one reason to spend money for here.

Stayed here 9/28-9/30 for a work related conference. My room was on the 10th floor. Very impressed considering the reviews. Not sure I understand the negative reviews. Stayed at University Place for an on-campus conference. Hotel is clean, service is great. Very close to campus center (easy 2 min walk), but not close enough to downtown to walk easily. Highly recommend!
