“Just ok”

This hotel is located near the Fashion Mall but is not connected like the Sheraton is. There are no taxis outside hotel and must be ordered in advance. The hotel is ok, breakfast is quite good but seems out of the way. Good stay if you have a car!

“Nice Hotel - Service can fluctuate from month to month”

I stay at this hotel on a monthly basis. Our corporate office is within walking distance from the hotel. I have seen the service fluctuate from month to month. This visit was nice. “Very nice stay- not perfect”

Great hotel generally. Yummy cookies. Great decor. Rooms are spacious. Partially divided living area and bed area. Big pullout couch. Wet bar with mini fridge. We've stayed in many Hyatt's. This one seems a bit older and more run down than others. The food is always good and consistent with other Hyatt's. We have stayed here several times. “Great Work Weekend!”

It all works when Reception (with Cookies!) , Housekeeping, Breakfast! Cleanliness and Service come together. Doesn't hurt to have the hotel manager email ahead and ask if you need any further services before arrival. Good Place To Stay and Relax after a hard work or play day! Thanks!!! for a fine visit.

“Great price, many extras”

Great updated rooms, nice TV, comfortable beds. Cookies in room and continental breakfast a bargain for 109.00 on a Saturday night. Booked online, last minute, easy check in. Would return when needing a hotel in Keystone.

“Hyatt Place: A Consistently Good Choice”

I am quickly becoming a fan of Hyatt Place! They just added a 24 hour bistro menu, and with the free wifi, parking, breakfast, and suite sized rooms, how can I not like this? This particular Hyatt, located in the suburbs near Carmel Indiana, was very good. If in business in Indianapolis, I would definitely stay again.
