Stayed here for a night a few days ago for a business trip. It was an older Holiday Inn but I had no complaints. The room was clean, and hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. I'd definitely recommend it if you need a cheap stay in the area.

My room is decent and unlike others mentioned in previous reviews. However, the quiet side of the building faces a busy road, 421/Michigan Rd and is not much better than the other side that faces the highway. Got here late and unable to sleep so now a long, tiring day.

Single female, two teen girls. The girls loved the attached water park, and it was clean and well managed. But the hotel itself left much to be desired. It was dirty and badly in need of updating. There were 28 badly patched holes in our ceiling, some sort of dark red stain on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper holder,... More

There was a slew of poor reviews preceding mine, so I want to differentiate my information from the others by separating my waterpark review, as it is, essentially, a different entity. First, if you have an expectation that you are going to be at a quiet, well-appointed four star hotel, please stop trying to deceive yourself. Unless you paid for... More

Ok hotel. Outside looked nice, but the inside could use a facelift. Hallways were dirty and the room was like I said ok. Was probably the worst Holiday Inn bed that I slept in. On the flipside, this is a place kids would love. Huge waterpark connected to the hotel. I think it was a little overpriced, but close to... More

Although the interior of this hotel is not five star, I thought the indoor water park more than made up for the lack of luxury. The rooms were clean and roomy enough for our family of five. The water park staff was great! Arcade and snack bar are located in the water park and they had activities besides swimming for... More

We travel frequently and I often use Trip Advisor to get a real read on a property. I didn't with this one and have learned my lesson. We arrived around 7P on a Friday evening. We were in a bit of a hurry as the main attraction for this place is the waterpark and it closed at 10P. I left... More

Just like many Priceline deals you may search for, sometimes you get coal. This hotel was definitely that! When I originally went onto Priceline to look for a hotel in the northwest area of Indianapolis, there were only 2 hotels in the area rated 3 stars. The Hilton Garden Inn and the Embassy Suites, so when I won a stay... More

We've stayed at this hotel two summers in a row for the same event. I had my 2009 review removed because our stay this year was that much worse. So this place needs serious remodeling. Our room was just old. Old bedding, dirty lampshades, rusty tub, stained counter top, etc, etc. (I'll attach photos) The front desk staff was nice.... More
