I've stayed in nicer places for 1/3 the price. The pictures on the web make it look very appealing, but the rooms are dismal. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very small. As others have said this is the typical business hotel where rooms are overpriced, internet is never included ($10 a day??--I was able to connect to the Indiana free wireless service coming from the capitol?), and other amenities are either missing or forgettable. Stayed here with our young children while taking in some of the family friendly attractions available in Indy. Found this to be a very average Westin. The Westin used to be the top choice in Indy...but not any more. The hotel is really starting to show signs of heavy wear and tear. The location is still good but the rooms are beaten up and the public spaces are just OK. They still have the Westin beds but that's about it. With the new Marriott going up... more

Plain and simple, the cold snub given by the man behind the check in desk when you get there, just drives home any other flaws that you may find with this place. Just keep going and find a place to stay that has friendly staff. It was as though our arrival at the hotel was a real inconvenience to this... more

I stayed at the Westin for 2 nights on business. I usually have great success at Westins, but this one was a bit sub-par in service.
