The Omni has a great entrance and lobby, good restaurant option and good service. I was a bit disappointed in the hotel overall, the hallways and doors to the rooms felt like an old mid-range hotel that was renovated halfway. Great place to stay. Nice room with quality features. My Step-Daughter was given a childrens back pack kit and milk and cookies where in the room for her. Small touches that were thoughtful. We found the Omni Severin to be delightful. Our room was exceptionally clean; the staff was very friendly; the amenities were lovely. This hotel is wonderfully located to enjoy all the activities (sports, shopping, restaurants, leisure) in downtown Indy. more

The hotel is a standard Omni, make sure you sign up for the select guest program. A 1 week business trip finds me in downtown Indy at the Omni. They have very good rates compared to the local competition. Hotel is clean, beds comfy. Brought our little Yorkie with us, she received a doggie bag with treats and a lot of affection from the staff! Good location for sporting events and walking downtown. Very happy wtih hotel. more

I was greeted by the Front Desk Manager at the Omni. Severin. The booking was for one room for three adults, but she planned to assign us one queen bed. We went to Indianapolis for pleasure. It was a great surprise to get such a wonderful hotel at such a great price. We were downtown within minutes of all we wanted to see. Our room was wonderful, the people working there very helpful and the food great. We are planning our next trip back there for a Colts game! more
