“Great renovations and staff!”

We stayed on the concierge level and enjoyed the 20 million dollar renovations ... beautiful decor and furniture. It did take me a minute to figure out the key cards just get tapped on the door lock, not slid through a slot. Would have made a funny youtube video to see me trying to find a way to slide that... I was very impressed with the customer service, amenties and the overall staff at this hotel. The rooms were updated and clean. The lobby area is trully a conversation piece. If I travel to Indianapolis again, I would stay at the Hyatt Regency.

This is a great property. Great location to universities, downtown Indy, sport complexes, and the canal. Ask for a room overlooking the capital! Food is great in all restaurants.

“Reasonable hotel for conference traveler”

This hotel has an interesting design. I stayed for 3 nights in April 2012 in room 1901. The room past a full bed bug check of the mattress. Room has refrigerator in the room, which is helpful. “Decent Big-Box Hotel”

Stayed here at the last minute. Room was clean and newly redecorated. Location is central. Decent Room size. Nothing special, but nothing wrong. No concierge on duty. “Close and Excellent Service”

My family and I were at the hotel 4/20-4/21 and we had outstanding service. Everyone was helpful and the front desk even brought out pool toys for my two young sons! I enjoyed that it had a Starbucks in the lobby and the people working there were extremely helpful with food and direction suggestions.
