I booked this hotel on priceline and wanted to treat my husband to a luxury family weekend for Fathers Day. Rooms are small. Double beds with children are too small they are like 2 small twin beds and are hard. My husband woke up with a neck ache!! Outdated TV's with limited cable channels. Rooms were clean, bathroom clean. But... more

This is a gem of a hotel located downtown. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful- the waterfall with the glass elevators was wonderful. The hotel has 24 hour gym (a big plus), Starbucks on site, comfortable beds and great food and bar. It is accesible to a mall. The downside is that internet costs you... more

Everything was wonderful as usal with any Hyatt brand hotel. The staff was overly attentive. The breakfast buffet in One South was wonderful for $14.95 that includes drink. Valet parking was $28 a day with in/out privelages, or you can self park for $20/24hours- this is cheaper unless you want to leave, the first hour is $5, and the clock... more

this hotel was completely awesome, I have no complaints what so ever. right in the middle fo Indy, walking distance from lots of restaurants and the convention center. Price was completely amazing...expected it to be a lot more. Front desk staff was soooo nice. I stayed in the executive suite and it was absolutely awesome and amazing. How many times... more

The rooms were clean and very well decorated When we arrived home the wife noticed she had left her purse in the room "Panic " and I had left a shirt. We made a call to the hotel and within a few... more

The first day we got to the hotel my luggage was lost because a bell hop put my luggage on someone elses rack. They claimed that I would get a call right away when my luggage was found. I decided to go buy clothes at about 7:30 pm and they had not found it yet. After coming back from shopping... more

The Hyatt is a sleek, modern hotel located in the heart of everyting in Indianapolis and connected by walkways to the mall, convention center and other hotels to keep you out of the weather. Gracious but efficient service including a well trained and informed staff make staying here a pleasure. Although it is an open atrium style hotel, we marveled at... more

This was a return visit to Hyatt, but that won't happen again. Valet was rude and pretty much insisted we selfpark. When we checked in we were directed to the wrong room only to find the room assigned to us (a family of four) had only a murphy bed and a sleeper sofa that you had to climb over to... more

THIS HOTEL IS BY FAR THE WORSE I HAVE STAYED AT IN MANY YEARS. Problems started from check in throughout stay. Our first room was a corner room that was dirty and had only a roll away bed. We were moved to a conventional room with two double beds. We had requested a king. The internet connection was expensive and... more
