AC did not work and they were sold out so they could not move me to a different room. The good news is they didn't charge me for the night's stay. Bad news not much sleep happened. They were out of a bunch of stuff for the free breakfast also. No bananas. no yogurt, and no doughnuts. You have to... More

We stayed for one night on our way through town. The room was quite nice. The breakfast buffet was quite good. We enjoyed the pool as well. The main thing that stood out at this hotel was the staff. Everyone that we talked to, from front desk to housekeeping were so friendly and went out of their way to make... More

Dear Rosemary C, I appreciate the review of your recent stay at our hotel. I'm sorry that you received a poor level of service; this is not the Hampton norm as our goal is Satisfaction Guaranteed. I have addressed these issues with our staff. The next time you are in the area we would love to have you come back... More

Hotel is centrally located and has a very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is very good. Rooms have mini-refrigerators and microwaves. There are some one bedroom suites as well as studio type rooms. All-in-all a pleasant stay.

Pretty standard for its category, which is to say it was good. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Climate control a little louder than I might like, but worked just fine. Hotel was almost full when we stayed, which likely explains why the wi-fi was a little slow. Price was high, since it was a high-demand weekend. Breakfast pretty standard.

I am a Gold member with Hilton Honor program, I am disappointed with the Granger IN location and the Castleton IN location of Hampton. At neither establishment was I recognized as a Gold member, and at neither location was I offered complimentary water for my stay. It may seem trivial to some, but when investing in hotels away from home,... More

We stayed at Hampton Inn Indianapolis NE/Castleton for 6 nights. It was excellent from the time we walked in through the front door for registration where they have fresh homemade cookies waiting for you to final check-out! All the employees were helpful, friendly and ready to get you anything you needed to make your stay better. Our room was clean,... More

No writer of world renown is perhaps so little known to North Americans as Chilean poet Pablo Neruda,” observed New York Times Book Review critic Selden Rodman. Numerous critics have praised Neruda as the greatest poet writing in the Spanish language during his lifetime, although many readers in the United States have found it difficult to disassociate Neruda’s poetry from... The notice of the AC was horrible and made it difficult to sleep. I was very tired from a long driving day but the AC made it impossible to get a good night of sleep. Not up to Hampton standards!!!! Disappointing
