Stood here while attending a Bulls vs Pacers game. Location is excellent as it's about a block away from Bankers Life Fieldhouse and has a very nice and vibrant pub next door. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, nice pool and located in the center of downtown.

We had a small group of 5 executives that needed to meet in Indy for a 3 day meeting. The sales manager (Justin) was easy to work with and went out of his way to be accommadating. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were unique for a Homewood Suites as they had been adapted from an... More

We stayed here for a celebration of a bride-to-be last weekend and I've stayed here once before for the same kind of celebration. Our room was clean and very nice for our stay there. We had a problem with check in, being a HHonors Rewards member, I had the chance to check in the night before and select my room... More

Weird title right? For those of you interested in staying at Homewood Suites and care for a quiet dark room, THIS IS IT! If you want a lot of natural light and a view STAY AWAY! The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, close to everything, it offers very spacious rooms with kitchenette and a nice... More

The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. From the clerk to the maids to the valet staff. The hotel was decorated very nicely and was extremely clean. The room itself was clean and spacious, and it was within walking distance to our concert venue. However, there was a vibration noise off and on through the night, and... More

The location of the hotel is excellent if you're a sports fan. Indianapolis is a sports fan Mecca. The Big Ten Men's basketball tournament has been held in Indy several times. The location of this hotel is across the street from Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Rooms a clean but a bit dark as there isn't much exposure to sunlight. We were... More

Nora at the front desk is amazing and understanding. I had just come from flying all night long. I was tired and needed a shower! I asked to check in early. Despite having a full hotel the night before and guest still checking out she got me in a room. The room was fantastic. Comfortable with awesome high ceilings and... More

If you're a smoker, and go outside to smoke....this hotel will tack on a $250 smoking fee! We did not smoke in the room (we're not idiots, we don't break the law). I checked my bank account and saw the fee. Not a word from hotel. Oh yeah, the 2 managers don't return calls either. We will never stay at... More

our room exceeded expectations. the staff was great. we were on the second floor facing the Spaghetti Factory. I was there with my young son to see an NBA game. Due to the music, traffic and loud people up and down the street it was nearly impossible to sleep. Neither one of us feel asleep until 2:45 AM. And only... More

My family stayed here for one night during Spring Break. This place had all of the amenities we were looking for plus a few more. They had a free hot breakfast similar to others. They also had a pool (no hot tub) and free wifi. A nice bonus was a complimentary "light dinner" in the evening. This changed nightly with... More
