Nice, bright lobby. Friendly staff. Nice accomodations. Convenient location to The Circle and downtown. Clean rooms with just enough space. I've been a guest here many times and the staff is friendly and attentive. Whenever I have a business trip to Indianapolis this is where I prefer to stay.

All of the good things about HGI, with a classic downtown hotel experience. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed here several times, and it's become one of my favorite hotels anywhere. Can get a bit busy when the Colts are playing at home.

Nice hotel, needs some renovation. Love the location. Walking distance to everything! The hotel staff was very nice and prompt with their service. The room was very nice size and quiet. Saw the normal wear for a hotel this age. Hopefully it will get restored to it's original beauty in the future.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Indy. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very nice and the price is right. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and sports venues. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is well situated. It is only a short walk to the Mall. The room was clean and fresh. It was maintained well every day. The breakfast was included which was wonderful. You are able to have omlettes made to order! The lifts were a bit slow, but that would be the only negative.I would definitely recommend this hotel!
