I stayed in this hotel for business. I selected it because of the price point and location. Upon arrival, I couldn't figure out where to park. I finally found a parking garage behind the building. I later found that this was the hotel's garage (until 06/01/09). I had to go up to the fifth floor, despite the garage being empty,... more

We stayed one night in May in this hotel. The location of the hotel is good, within walkinng distance to a shopping mall, restaurants and cafes. We did not drive so parking was not an issue. The room was nice and the mattresses were very comfortable. There was coffee/tea available in the lift lobby from morning until they run out.... more

This was my third stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown. Everytime I have stayed here the staff has always been friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very well appointed with very comfortable linens, nice flat screen televisions, mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of workspace. Bathrooms are very nice with stone tiles, granite shower surround and countertops and... more

My husband and I have never been to Indy and were looking forward to our time there for a wedding. The hotel is in a great location...walking distance to several great restaurants, night spots, and a mall. Starbucks and a fabulous little pizza parlor across the street. We had a nice King room with a spacious bathroom. I opened up... more

My wife and I planned a trip through the Midwest and were just "passing through" Indianapolis on our way to Chicago, Milwaukee and Greenbay. We liked this hotel so much that we altered our return itinerary to skip St. Louis and go back to Indianapolis. Originally we both thought Indy was a sleeper and were more excited to hit the... more

Stayed for 4 days of business travel, conference hotel was the Westin which was a brisk walk (got in more sightseeing that way). Staff was friendly from the day I called to pay for reservation (even got a "stop by to say Hi when you check in"). Comfy bed (I had a handicap accessible room as it was the only... more

Almost every hotel has some kind of access driveway so that people can check in--not this one! After you find a way to check in, you will then have to drive around the block to find the parking lot, which is just not that easy to find. A little bit of helpful explanation from the desk staff would have made... more

The parking situation just to get into the hotel is not very ideal at all. You have to park at the Chase parking garage. This is not listed anywhere. Go to the front desk and they do not say anything about parking garage. They tried to put us in a room with 2 full beds. We were going to be... more

This is an amazing hotel. It is located in an old bank building and very impressive. The rooms have large ceilings and have microwave/fridges in them. Of course, this is usual Hilton standards...nice beds and large TV's. Tons of cafes, shops, etc are located within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend to anyone on business or pleasure. more

We just returned from a 3 nights stay at this hotel. My husband and I were down to Indianapolis for a business trip. The exterior of the building was beautiful. It is a historic building built in 1914. Originally was named the Fletcher Trust Building and housed a bank. The interior when you 1st walk in is beautifully set up.... more
