We were looking forward to this "deluxe room" when we decided to splurge a little and be at the center of things for my cousin's wedding. Huge disappointment, with the pocketbook bearing the brunt of it. Service was actually not SO disappointing, but when you pay $250 to stay at a hotel in Indianapolis, especially given the way the website... more

This inn is modeled after an italian castle. It was so romantic, old-world, clean and quite inviting. The staff was so friendly and genuine. The spa services were exquisite! When you go there, ask to have a massage by Elizabeth. Since I was at a conference downtown for the week, I took a cab to this stunning facility every evening... more

Ignore any negative reviews you may read. Our room was exactly as pictured and described on the website. The staff (front desk, restaurant, bar, spa) were all very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay. The food was very good, with some very tasty, unique items. Our couples massage was incredible. Definitely something I will... more

After traveling by car for fourteen hours, it was nice to be greeted with a warm smile. I spend over 300 days a year on the road and The Villa gave me a new found faith in what "hospitality" means. The staff went out of their way to make sure all went well and that I was taken care of.... more

Please do not believe all of the negative reviews of the Villa Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We stayed in Stanza 3 and loved it. We ate breakfast in the dining room and had some of the best pancakes we have ever had, they also had butter which one review said they did not serve butter. My... more

Okay, I found this bed and breakfast online and was so impressed, I could hardly wait to arrive. My partner and I were coming to Indy from Missouri for a concert held at Butler. We were both anticipating a very charming and romantic weekend. Judging by the description and photo gallery online, we decided to stay in the Rose room... more

So much potential, but a big letdown. The price is high, so you would expect great service, but that is not the case here. We bought a 'wellness package', but nothing about it was well. The food was pre-determined, frozen or greasy. The owners are not accomodating and quite rude. My massage, yoga and pilates classes were all letdowns as... more

I recently returned from a 6 nght stay at the Villa Inn in Indianapolis and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a lovely inn and the service was wonderful. Breakfast was made for me the minute I entered the dining room in the morning, My daughter utilized the spa and found it to be very nice. It was unseasonably hot while... more

I have driven by this establishment many times, living in the downtown Indianapolis area, and have been anxious to check it out since it's been turned into a spa/bed and breakfast five or six years ago. I had been warned, however, by my husbands co-worker, since her experience was less than pleasant. But she was there two years prior, maybe... more
