We were in town for a convention and hadn't planned ahead for where we were going to stay. Everything in the area was way more expensive than what we wanted and then I came across this place. They offered a $99 room that had a shared bathroom. We decided to take a chance and rented it. The Inn was beautiful... More

Arrived to celebrate our anniversary. There was a letter in our room, but nothing else to acknowledge the occasion. The suite was poorly lit upon first entering and one of the pillow cases was noticeably wrinkled. The place was clean. The shower water never warmed. Breakfast was OK, with lots of offerings. The owner was the cook, was very friendly... More

Had a GREAT time! We stayed in Stanza #5 and it truly was fantastic! The guest services staff (especially Rachael & Amanda) were Wonderful! They made my Birthday an experience both special and memorable! And the Breakfast the next morning was YUMMY!!! Can't wait to book my next trip there!

This is a worn down, has been place. They claim luxery - truth: standard and a bit overprized. Old towls, not working jacuzzi, semi-dirty in rooms, dark. Breakfast; readymade, industrialized food. Staff; sweet young girls - not professionals.

Absolutely incredible stay! Totally felt like a Movie Star! They pamper you in such a way you don't expect it. I indulged in a WONDERFUL massage by the magic hands of David! One word.....WOW! Then treated myself to a Dermabrasion facial. Wow again! Room was IMMACULATE and BEAUTIFUL with a Japanese theme, full kitchen, and Jacuzzi tub! The room was... More

A college friend and I booked the Villa Inn for a mini reunion after finding it on the internet. We were very surprised by the charm of the building. We were fortunate enough to be given Stanza 4- the rich colors of the room, the attention to detail and absolute cleanliness made the rooms very inviting. The staff were welcoming-... More

We spent a night at the Villa Inn in January as part of a medical school interview trip/small getaway. The pictures of the Inn were attractive, and we enjoyed the ability to select a room based on its decor. We have a fairly modern taste and ended up choosing to stay in Stanza 5, which is the Japanese room. We... More

Let me first say that this is the second year my mom has come to Indy from Michigan to visit and we do mother-daughter weekend at The Villa Inn. Our first trip was excellent! We stayed in Stanza 4, had great massages, and overall enjoyed our time. This year we stayed in Stanza 3 because Stanza 4 was booked. For... More

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL! Rude and greedy management. They do everything they can to overcharge you and even if you are 100% right, you really can't defend yourself because of their bad attitude of the receptionist and the manager called Ryan. You just wish your vacation is OVER!

My husband and I stayed in Stanza 3. The room and entire inn has a lot of character. The dining room was beautiful and romantic. Our breakfast was pretty good- nothing to write home about. We paid for the champagne turn down service, which was a nice addition. My only overall complaint is that our room was definitely overpriced.
