You would think that a hotel in Indianapolis could anticipate an increase in business on the day of the Indy 500 race. We had to wait 30 minutes while one person answered phones and made reservations (Daisy). She was polite and apologetic but it clearly was not her fault but the fault of whatever idiot made the schedule. If the...

I know that this hotel has gotten mixed reviews. Our stay was very nice. It is a larger hotel so your room could be some distance from the lobby. Our room was comfortable with updated furnishings. My wife who is quite picky on accommodations was pleased with the hotel. We got a special rate on a travel web site which...

Stayed for 3 nights for the FIDC downtown. This hotel is well situated for the Airport with a free shuttle available.
Hotel is a large hotel , my room was a 10 minute walk from reception, the whole hotel is in need of refurbishment. The staff were helpful.
The room did have free wi fi and was clean and tidy....

used this hotel for park and fly .,stayed one night ,parked car for a week. They have a resturant at the hotel with room service ,they have sleep number beds which I did not find very comfortable, large rooms recently remodeled ,clean ,free wifi, accomadating free airport shuttle with free parking.
They front desk staff when we checked in was a younger girl who was WONDERFUL! The night shift lady was not that great. I guess there was employee drama going on, and she repeated to us that someone got fired for calling a guest a "crazy b%@*&". I just thought it was tacky. I had read reviews on the hotel...

Paid $78 to park car 16 days and stay here one night beforehand. Amateurish, clueless staff--run down hotel that probably should be torn down. Thought we were going to have to get out and push the van that picked us up at airport on way back----unsafe junk. Didn't see any bedbugs--so I guess, maybe, it was worth it.
Great proximity to the airport & a good "package" for a shuttle and free parking during the time away. Absolutely no complaints about all that. Good shuttle drivers. Reliable. Prompt. The rooms, however, are quite dated. If you want a bare-bones room, this place is fine. Our room was quite dated. It was clean, but pretty minimal in terms of...

The room was pretty nice. The rest of the property needs some updating. The guest rooms are not close to the front desk. It is a walk past the convention center to get to the rooms. There were a lot of Fed Ex planes landing just over the parking lot at night (would be fun for kids to watch).
