“Super Friendly Staff”

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Not one of them disappointed us. The room was comfy and had a great view of the river. Our only concern with the room was that the sliding doors to the toilet and shower did not lock. This might be a bit awkward if you're staying with small children.... More

“This is a great business hotel”

I recently stayed at the Springhill suites and couldn't have been happier. This is a very cost effective hotel in the same complex with the JW Marriott. Parking was very good and you have access to all of the restaurants at the JW. Also, the front desk staff was Fantastic!

“Modern hotel for Indianapolis”

Stayed one night for an event at the JW next door. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Great staff, very professional and helpful. Can't say much about the breakfast, we skipped for an early lunch, would come back and stay again.

“Not a Full Suite”

We expected a suite with a seperate bedroom, but it was really a normal hotel room. Squeezing 5 in was a challenge, even though they say 6 can sleep in a room. “Highly recommend this property.”

While in Indianapolis for the Big 10 Championship, we stayed at this property. Room was very nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable and a nice morning breakfast. All of the employees we encountered during our stay were very friendly and accomodating. The valet staff were super friendly! Was nice to be close to TGIF perfect for a night cap before bed.
