“Great Banquet Staff, Great Room, poor mattress”

Everything at this hotel was awesome except the air mattress in the room, tried various settings and could not get comfortable. I used their meeting facilites for the day and the service and lunch was excellent especially Melanie and Amy. As for food I strongly recommend the cobb salad and the pesto chicken sandwich. “Hotel Experience”

This is a great hotel. It is close to the airport. The room was very clean and inviting. The staff are very professional and are about customer service. the food in the restaurant was very good and the waitresses were very friendly.

“Will stay here again!”

A very nice, clean, hotel! Pool and exercise room were very nice. Did not try the restaurant/bar area, however, the choices being offered seemed much better than average. Front desk staff seem somewhat aloof, however, nothing major to complain about. Room was very clean----grounds very nice. Will be back for a future visit when in town.

“Great Service”

After a cancelled flight the friendly service at this hotel was greatly appreciated. Everyone from the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and restaurant staff were polite and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel when you have an early flight out of IND”

We spent the night here prior to an early flight out of the Indianapolis airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus service to and from the airport every half hour which was very convenient.
