Nothing much to say - the usual Hampton Inn quality and service. Nothing exceptional (although the staff friendly if not terribly well organised). The rooms are small but very comfortable. Free internet of course and free breakfast. more

HOTEL REVIEW # 159 MY TRAVEL STYLE: If possible, I try to stay away from business hotels and strongly prefer resorts that resemble the Four Seasons, Aman, and Oberoi but try to find similar properties at lower cost. I seek out the “wow” experiences and I encourage you to view hotels I have stayed at and their respective reviews (by... more

Not up to normal Hampton Inn standards. We had a King room with hot tub (didn't use due to hair in it!) Room quite rundown and tatty, bathroom not very clean and dark, accessories hanging off the wall Door lock issues, air con very noisy and uncontrollable. Valet forgot to bring our car around on check out. Not the friendliest... more

Hotel room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I don't know if the air in the halls and elevators were on the blink, but it was hot and muggy the entire time. My beef was with the parking valet on the last day, change had been taken out of the car, it wasn't much, but the fact that it was taken.... more

Four of us stayed at this downtown Hampton to attend an event at Conseco Fieldhouse. We found the hotel to be very clean, the staff very friendly and the hot /cold breakfast full of choices. It was a great experience and within walking distance to just about anything. Valet parking was reasonable at $14.00/day. Would definately reccomend this hotel to... more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown for a weekend trip to Indianapolis. The hotel is located right across from Circle Centre Mall and within walking distance to Monument Circle and several restaurants and bars, so no car is needed unless you're leaving the downtown area. Conseco Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium are also very convenient to the hotel. The... more

Booked this hotel because my husband had a medical appointment at Indiana University. (not the best travel circumstances). From past stays at different properties I have a very high opinion of Hampton Inns. While the hotel wasn't bad, it also wasn't the best Hampton Inn I had ever stayed at. Rooms are very small, breakfast was wonderful, staff at the... more

The location of this hotel couldn't be better -- near to everything in downtown, it seems. Moreover, the staff were friendly, courteous, and BOUNTIFUL (a refreshing find in any U.S. lodging, especially a budget one). EVERYONE I encountered was helpful, courteous, informative, and seemed genuinely delighted that I was a guest in the property. Unfortunately, however, the noise from the... more

I arrived late in the evening and the staff ws very friendly. I got to my room and the air conditioning would not turn on (it was hot there that week) and in addition the TV remote did not work. I went down to the desk twice to try to resolve the TV and air conditioning. A staff person was... more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown for our 7th wedding anniversary. We got the Wine and Dine package. We had a whirlpool king suite, valet parking, and a $100 gift cert for Ruth Chris's Steakhouse. It was great. The mall and steakhouse were in walking distance. The hotel was elegant and classy. Our room had high ceilings, more like... more
