The turn from Cline Ave on to 179th is easy to miss and I did. I called the Hotel and Stephen, the front desk clerk was unable to give me directions. I should have taken this as sign of things to come. I check in and set up my laptop and the Internet will not connect. I go to the... more

The hotel was clean, a good value for the money and we liked that there was a restaurant on site. The walls are a little thin, but no more so than other hotels of this price range. We really appreciated their customer service. We checked out, leaving a cell phone and pair of glasses behind. They mailed them to us,... more

Three cheers for The Negotiator (Priceline), who snagged me a great price on this little jewel of a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The brochure rack in the lobby had many choices for areas to visit in Chicago that my family was able... more

Hotel claims high speed internet in their rooms, reality is its only available in the lobby and on the first floor of 3 floor hotel. The rooms are old, dirty, poorly lit, the area around the hotel has zero food near. Pathetic service and rude staff. more

The hotel was very hard to find. There were also numerous problems when we got there. Rude hotel employees, no continental breakfast, and unclean rooms. I would not reccomend this hotel, it is too high priced for what little you get. more
