Exceptionally clean and beautiful grounds. Love the tall pines. Nice quiet at night...made a fire enjoyed the campgrounds. Amazingly clean bathrooms and showers. Missed jumping into the pool, just ran out of time. To KOA, these guys do your name proud! Short walk to a near by Italian restaurant, but they'd just finished up with a wedding and said they... Very nice KOA. We got in late at night and the nicest man, Thomas escorted us to our site and helped us get settled in. The private showers were very nice and really appreciated the nice bathrooms. There were even hair dryers in the women's bathroom. The only complaint was hearing the trains go by in the middle of the... More

Very nice staff. I was a bit confused at the gate since I did not want to block access to the gate, and I couldn't see the office from where I was. Note to others- you must park along the fence, then walk past the gate. The office is on the right. We stayed in an older, but clean cabin... More

We found hosts to be gracious and welcoming. Checked in late without any problems. Very clean private showers. Train whistles did not disturb our sleep. Pool was pristine! Gelato available on weekends but we were only there on a weeknight.

Great value for a KOA and the owners & staff are the best! They helped with any issues we had and are so friendly. Free wi-fi, morning coffee and cable TV, which many other KOAs charge for. If you're looking for a campground in this area, definitely stay here!

You don't have to climb fences in in order to get to our office. First of all it is clearly marked and you can see it from the entrance as well. And yes we have a gate, so you can't pass if you are not camping here. I think it is perfectly fine to stop people climbing fences and ask... More

Owners and staff are really nice. Lots of activities for kids. Cabins are nice. Camp store is wonderful. We went during the trick or treat weekend, hay rides, pumpkin carving contest, and decorate your camp site contest.

We rented a two room cabin at the KOA for one night as a fun family outing! It was very nice and very clean and unlike some of the other reviews the staff was wonderful and very accommodating and helpful. The price was nice and there were fun things to do. We had a Glow wagon ride and played min-golf... More

This past weekend was our 4th stay at this KOA and will be our last. Our daughter is a student at Notre Dame and we found after her freshman year that it was almost impossible to get a hotel room for football weekends or any other special event weekends on campus. Hence we decided to utilize our RV for visits.... More

First of all it is a 2 night minimum stay on football weekends, which was mentioned multiple times and Mrs. Jones must have been aware of. Other than that I can try to explain it again to her nicely. Secondly everybody at check in gets a little flyer, printed on bright green paper, where we explain our safety policy in... More

The campsite was in a beautiful quiet location which I liked. We were down there for a football game. The staff monitored your every move which was very uncomfortable, but one event specifically was more disturbing than the rest. I was washing my hand with a hose, which was by their pet donkey they have (although no where near to... More

Hi I'm the lady who was embarrassed as you described it. I'm truly sorry he has used words like this. I'm with you, a simple "please stop" would have done it. I talked to him and it seemed to him you are in the process of spraying water at the animals, this is why he was upset. Again please accept... More
