I've stayed here twice (giving it a second chance) and both times the heating/air conditioning didn't work in two different rooms. The lobby and breakfast areas were very clean and the breakfast was good. The room was acceptable also. The bathroom was a different matter entirely. There was urine on and under the toilet seat and hair on the vanity and floor. Thankfully, I take a can of disinfectant with me so I cleaned the bathroom. More

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was just as great as the first time. We stayed last year through the 100 year flood and had lots of stories to share for this year. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and great service. More
