I heartily recommend the Ashley-Drake Inn in Franklin, IN to anyone in or near the area. You cannot find a friendlier or more conscientious innkeeper than Kim -- and the breakfast is as sumptuous and delicious as any I've ever experienced at B&B. Reasonably priced yet first rate in every respect.

I just stayed at the Ashley-Drake for a weekend while visiting family. The Inn was perfect in every way and Kim and her family are lovely hosts. I made my choice based on the other reviews and could not have been happier. This is something to really consider if you are attending the Super Bowl with friends.

Stayed for two weeks and didn't want to leave. It was a home away from away. The family that the runs the Inn was wonderful. They went above and beyond to take care of me. It's walking distance to charming downtown Franklin, IN, not to mention only 20 minutes from Indianapolis. I hope I get to come back soon.

This is a charming bed and breakfast located across from Franklin College. The rooms are comfy and the entire house is carefully decorated. It's a real trip into the past. Innkeeper Kim is delightful and she makes terrific breakfasts. The backyard garden is whimsical and it's just steps from a bike and hiking path along the river.
