On the rare chance I have to stay in a hotel, I typically stay in Starwood hotels when they're available, and truthfully wasn't expecting much from the Courtyard Ft. Like other reviewers have said the staff here have to some of nicest I've encountered in an a hotel/motel. When I first checked in the room key card didn't work.
