Not a single complaint about this hotel. Staff was helpful, professional and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, bed extremely comfortable. Several places to eat nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

If you're looking for the "best" hotel in Fort Wayne, book this hotel, because no better alternative exists. Set your expectations low, expect 2 star quality, and you'll probably enjoy your stay. I couldn't wait to check out.

Very easy to locate from I-69. Parking garage was conveniently located across the street from hotel connected by a skywalk. Staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Rooms were excellent. Enjoyed our evening dinner and breakfast. Close to a superb shopping mall.

food service was very poor. Hot food was cold and service was horrible. If this is a deal breaker for you skip this property. No perosn at reception. Took forever to get waited on and took even longer to get the bill. I will not return for this very reason.

Comfortable beds, convenient parking and attached to the Convention Center. Everything I needed was there. The pool and health club looked nice, although I didn't have time to use them. The staff were available and helpful. Checkout was a breeze.
