We stayed one night in this hotel. We needed a place with a swimming pool to entertain our kids. Valentines night, our room wasn't ready until 5:45pm. The staff were disrespectful to each other in front of us. We missed our dinner reservations because we couldn't check in at 3pm. As a business traveler I count on business services at the hotels I use. Arriving at the hotel I was informed the business center was not working. I asked the clerk if he could print something for me and was told no. Wont stay here on future business trips,

We got the best room for a dog as we were just beside the back door. The room was clean and the breakfast was a little cold first thing in the morning. The check-in was great and the paper work was perfect. I will drop in on the way back.

This motel was quiet, friendly, had nice breakfast and was warm. Our small dog was able to stay at no extra charge! What else do you need? (Maybe a slightly lighter blanket, but it was comfy!) Don't forget that it' offers AAA, AARP discount. We will return!

I reserved 3 rooms there for Christmas Eve night so my son, wife, children and myself would be more comfortable then mattresses on the floor at my house. But the bathroom did not have a fan and, while clean, was in poor condition. Loose mo9lding on the door frames and the frame had been painted over in some spots. A very sloppy job that made the entire room look bad. But - still a good value and comfy mattresses.

Very pleased at this hotel twice in the last two months. It is now our primary stop in Fort Wayne. and will return this summer to visit our granddaughter and our new great grand daughter. The staff is very friendly and effective in providing very good service.
