My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend. It was her first B&B stay. We walked to dinner, watched fireworks off the back deck and then socialized with the owners and another guest until my daughter was dozing off. Her favorite part of the stay was the wonderful breakfast! more
This old Victorian home is very cozy and charming! I found the owners to be absolutely delightful, kind, interested and inviting. I would return just to spend time with them! It felt like I was with family! more
Stayed here for a wedding in Fort Wayne. The LaSalle is a charming place, with very comfortable rooms. Perfectly located for genealogists - within 2 blocks of the Allen County Public Library. They even offer a discount to genealogists staying with them. We stayed in the Hollywood Suite and it was roomy and quite comfortable. We were welcomed with chocolates and fresh bananas as well as a bottle of water in the refrigerator. We are replying as owner-operators of the LaSalle Bed & Breakfast in downtown Fort Wayne, IN. Most travelers are happy with the location, but a few complain about being awakened by traffic. The walls are in fact much thicker than today's construction, but we are on boulevard. When one is awakened it is tempting find most everything to be wrong...
