We were in town for a wedding and in search of a cheaper lodging option. This fit the bill perfectly. We were within a few blocks of everyone staying at the expensive hotels. The room was small and we had to walk down the hall to our private bathroom, but the staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. The... More

This is a great little find in Fort Wayne. Truly a unique house with an interesting layout, wonderful furnishings, and lots of charm. We stayed in the Paris room, which is very small but more than adequate, and has it's own private bathroom right in it. There was a Jazz Cabaret playing in the house that night, so we even... More

Inn keeper was sweet but the place was really run down. The third floor is especially grungy. The decor is dated, it smelled old and kind of smoky, the sheets were uncomfortable, no mirror in the bathroom. At least as far as the third floor spaces go, they seemed very much like an afterthought and like the owners care very... More

stayed at LaSalle as part of our Lincoln Highway road trip and found the place a welcome change from dreary chain hotels. The location isn't great on a busy road but the place and the people were fantastic as was the food. And for £55 for bed and breakfast it was ideal.

I loved the owners but the property just wasn't as clean as it should be - specifically the kitchen. I had an early start in the morning so I appreciated being able to make coffee in the kitchen but I didn't appreciate a half-eaten bowl of Asian noodles sitting right by the coffee maker. There is internet TV here which... More

The owners should be credited for their efforts to establish a jazz music venue in the B&B lounge and parlor. However, the presence of small tables and chairs means there's very little comfortable common area (what are guests to do if it rains??), and all the spaces seem to have a preponderance of clutter. The owners are also very friendly... More

We were hoping to check in early, but our son's lacross game was moved last minute to a dryer field, over an hour away. We called for a late check in and Rose Amiee was very understanding. No problem. Mine you, the place was sold out. We arrived at 11:pm, just as their entertainment was ending. As we were checking... More

We arrived in Fort Wayne with no great expectations. Staying at Lasalle B&B was so delightfully and made us cherish the memories of a weekend getaway at Fort Wayne. We had the privilege to have breakfast twice with Rose Aimee and Clark. Breakfast was peppered with enlightening philosophical conversation (apparently Clark is the foremost scholar of Hegel having written tons... More

We had never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast so this was something new. It was different but we loved it. It was very cozy. The owners and staff are so nice and personable. They allowed us to do a ceremony at their place at no charge and did some special things to make it special. We had breakfast brought... More

Every time we have stayed, we have always enjoyed the experience. As we are Fort Wayne locals, sometimes we just need a night OUT but not too far from home. La Salle has always been a lovely stay (we stay in the Bass House) and the breakfast is delicious!
