Belterra is fancy in the lobby! Our room was just ok, no better or worse than the others we got along our recent casino expedition. The casino was the worst of our trip! So small, older machines, much, much smaller casino than the others we visited!! Four Winds, Blue Chip, Belterra, Grand Victoria and Argosy. more

This casino allows smoking in all the areas of it. As a non-smoker, it was a little difficult to get a way from the smoke. The food was very good. My husband & I just returned from our first trip to Belterra Hotel & Casino. When I booked a Deluxe King room I got a good deal on the rate but after booking there was an even better deal on Belterra's website. I called them & they said they would give us the lower rate. First, it was very pretty. Loved the little shops. Staff was friendly at check-in. Room was very nice - looked just like the pictures at the website. Really thick towels in the bathroom. This hotel is nice, but is geared towards the smoking guest. Smoking is allowed in all parts of the hotel and casino. It became quite annoying. Food is good and very friendly staff. more
