I booked this Holiday Inn Express based on other positive reviews and I was NOT disappointed! The young lady and the check-in desk was friendly, pleasant and efficient. She had our keys already prepared and we were offered a nice cold bottle of water and a choice of a snack from a well-stocked basket of various candies and chips. There... more

What a friendly staff and the breakfast hostess is just great. Love the breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon. Very close to the university where my son was playing in a game. Will be back. more

My family was very, very pleased with the Holiday Inn Express West. Spotlessly clean and many ammenities. Best of all for my mother is that they allow pets with a small charge. There is an Applebees right next door, which was convienent for carry out. Breakfast was also good. We will stay here again. more

I loved this hotel and it is so close to USI, they signed me up for Priority Club because I will be staying here for the next four years! The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The bed was very snuggly. more

When we arrived we arrived we realized they are now a Holiday Inn Express, which made us happy because we could earn points. They have definitely made improvements since we last stayed. New bedding, curtains, carpet, everything! The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and very nice and breakfast was good. The price was even right! We will be... more
