I have owned a lot at lake holiday for 3 years and I love it. The water slide is very safe otherwise I wouldn't allow my grandkids go on it. People do not drive around 20 MPhil in the park, they don't drive around Half dressed like another reviewer said. We can't drive down 10 to get to the stores.... More

As a person who has lived in the area my entire life, let me give you the low down on this place. I have paid to visit this place twice, both times were to just hang out at the beach and arcade. The "amazing waterslide" you see from 10 hasnt been replaced or updated since before I was born. I... More

If you like a place with no rules this is your place. Way to many people in this campground. Also way to many golf carts going too fast, drinking & driving and kids driving all hrs. Not uncommon to see 3-4 at an intersection and you trying to get thru while they pass you going fast. We will never go... More

We stayed one night in our 31' RV. It was last minute and just wanted a quick night away. You need to know this is an ownership park, and trust me, they're are many permanent owners. We were in the last row, site 426 off SR 10. Be warned, there is highway noise-not awful, but if you like quiet you... More

We just got back. The beach is great for little ones. The sand is soft and relatively clean(no garbage or mud) The water is clear. We stayed on the beach for 5 hours. Our six kids ran back and forth from the Kick butt slide(Fun for adults) and the beach almost all day. There were fish swimming all over, which... More

We were looking for something to do and planned on goin in tents. We were debating between two camp grounds near each other so I finally picked Lake Holiday and glad I did! Kids had a BLAST!! They kept asking if we spend another night lol. The lake and beach were clean with the fish right there which the kids... More

I think some of these reviews are from people who don't quite understand what Lake Holiday Camp Resort is all about. They are a vacation resort, mainly catering to people who own their own piece of private property out there - but they do have some sites for rent. We have family who own a camp site at Lake Holiday,... More

We stayed at this campground on a holiday weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but the staff tries their best. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy for hours. There were lots of golf carts and parties, but that is to be expected on a holiday weekend. The staff was friendly and had no problems answering... More

We came here to go tent camping. The sites are shoved between two roads. No fire rings provided - we were told they were on site. The kids and adults love speeding on the golf carts on the road running right beside the camping area. It's noisy here! It's after midnight and there are still golf carts running around and... More
