We stayed here on our way back from FL. booking only 4 hrs before our arrival. What a great , quiet, comfortable home. Dennis and Joyce were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. We will surely make this a stopping point on our yearly jaunt to FL. Dave and Sue M.

My wife and I were in Columbus, IN for a night and debating between this and a hotel and I am extremely pleased we chose the Ruddick-Nugent House. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The bathtub, fireplace, and balcony were very charming. The hosts were extremely friendly, and good cooks to boot. We ended up spending the entire morning... More

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast! The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and our hosts were charming. We enjoyed the communal breakfast with our fellow guests, which gave us a chance to compare notes on local sights, shopping and restaurants. Columbus is a treat, and it is convenient to Nashville and Brown County... More

Very nice room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and different each morning. Hosts made great effort to restore and furnish the house and rooms with period pieces. They had been in the Peace Corps together and so had interesting stories to share if requested. Came to Columbus to see the Architecture. Worthwhile.

This is a stunning bed and breakfast. Our stay was everything we could imagine. Our hosts, the Orwins were very cordial and accomodating. The house is exquisite with out being kitschy. Our room was large and had every possible extra and the queensize bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is served to all guests together "en famille", so we had a... More

We were delighted to spend a night at the Ruddick-Nugent House on our visit to Columbus. The house itself is beautiful and the rooms were super-comfortable and elegantly decorated (no teddy bears, thank you!). A tasty breakfast at a communal table offered a good opportunity to get ideas from fellow guests. Our room had information on the house's owner and... More

We were so lucky to have found this wonderful B & B to stay at on our two week road trip. The house and grounds were so welcoming, as well as Dennis, the inn-keeper. After our afternoon tour we decided not to eat out in a restaurant for the 9th evening in a row, so we picked up many delicacies... More

We found the R/N house to be a great value and a very pleasant stay. Located about 6 blocks from the downtown area, it offered everything we were looking for at a manageable price. Good breakfast, great company, great value......

We were lucky to stay here with out reservations, ( book your rooms early along with any tours, they go fast. ) It was raining and the B and B has a covered small drive thru that kept us dry. We came to town to see all the great Architecture and Dennis was able to get us tours, something we... More

My husband brought us here as part of my birthday trip. Dennis & Joyce are excellent hosts. The Victorian home is appointed with items from that era, & there are items related to the family that first owned the home, along with a book of stories told by one of the children who grew up in the home, which she...
