Welcome to the indigo hotel! You'll be met at the front desk by Miles the friendly bichon puppy greeter. He is also director of customer service! Be sure to stop in the bistro located in the lobby for great food up until 11 PM. After 11 PM, you can get all sorts of healthy and not so healthy grab and... More

This hotel is great if you want to be in downtown Columbus. You can walk anywhere. Highlight! A freight train passes behind the parking lot at 9pm every evening. Otherwise it's the equivalent of a Hampton Inn and Suites but without complimentary breakfast or a refrigerator. They do have complimentary bottled water available by the reception desk. If you're visiting... More

Dear nmknyc, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our property. We are pleased to read that you have regarded our hotel location to be close to downtown. However, we sincerely regret that you did not enjoy your stay with us due to the furnishings in the room not to your liking and the shower have... More

We stayed in one of the IHG (Holiday Inn Group) new brand, the Indigo last night and really enjoyed the visit. It seems to be IHG's attempt to compete with the Marriott Courtyard, Hilton Garden Inn and the others that offer meals - at a price. Their signature seems to be bright ahppy artistic decor. The room and bath were... More

What a great choice this was! Can't say enough about the fabulous, colorful and unique décor! A truly special place that should not be missed when you're in Columbus, even if you should choose another (but don't!) stop in just to view it! We took pictures of the lobby and dinning room and our room too! The bed and pillows were... More

The Hotel Indigo is a fantastic hotel to stay at when visiting the historic downtown of Columbus, IN. The rooms are completely modern and decorated like no other hotel that I have ever stayed at. The beds have 7 pillows on each one. The color scheme mixes a variety of colors and makes them all match. The room has its... More

The decor is fresh and modern. We've stayed there twice and love it. It's on my top two list of hotels I've stayed at over the years. The animals made from towels are adorable. Staff is friendly. It's a great place to stay.

Hotel Indigo is our favorite hotel in all of Indiana. It has a fun modern design, a super cute hotel bischon doggie named Miles, a nice pool & hot tub area, a nice workout room, a quaint bar & eatery, and very nicely appointed rooms. This hotel is across from a huge park and you can walk to many downtown... More

This hotel offers very clean rooms, friendly staff (including the resident dog) and an excellent location. The lobby bar/breakfast area is very convenient and it is just a 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants in Columbus. Warning, the train track IS active, but it didn't bother me since I was up late and early.

Miles the dog, and the rest of our team owe so much to our wonderful location! Thank you for sharing your comments, we know many people worry about the active train tracks, so we are grateful it didn't bother you. We hope to see you around the neighborhood again soon to visit more of the yummy restaurants! More

If trendy becomes passé, and it always does, you are left with the bones. The bones on this one are covered in cool for now, but with a hard look it is already a little cheap in finishes and the layout is basic off the interstate business hotel design. Having said all that, I would recommend staying here as your... More

The Hotel Indigo is a beautiful, chic hotel that almost looks too pretty to sleep inside. It’s in a nice part of town, and one can conveniently walk to several restaurants from the hotel (the friendly front desk even has a map of the area so you can easily find your way around the neighborhood). You do not have to... More
