I stayed here for my honeymoon over 20 years ago and it was very nice. Place must not have the same owners. It looks nice when you first walk in the lobby but it's all down hill from there. I'm not wasting any more time on the Waterbird. My advice, stay somewhere else. more

The staff greeted me with a smile, and was willing to help accommodate my walk-in spa appointments. my massage was excellent, and the staff really had good knowledge of their expertise.
