The hotel was great. Recently renovated, it adhered to the new 'style' laid out at most new springhill suites. The staff was great! Best staff I've stayed with in a long time, they treated me well and were very personable with all guests. Even in the middle of nowhere (carmel is in the middle of NOWHERE) the hotel was only... more

This was our second stay at a Springhill Suite hotel and we found it very clean, spacious and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be that the king bed we had this time was a bit hard compared to our previous stay at a different location but overall very nice. Easy to find and a short convenient drive... more

I booked this thru priceline for a great rate. I would say the hotel is above average for a 2.5* hotel. The rooms are newly remodeled, nothing fancy but very clean. The rooms are classified as suites but they are a little on the small side. My only complaint would be the sound, the rooms are not very soundproof. We... more

I stayed here for a one night business trip in the area. The hotel is located in an office park and has a Residence Inn across the way. check-in was very friendly and easy. The lobby and breakfast area seemed a little dark to me. I think if they would have opened the curtains and let a little light in,... more

After reading previous reviews about hotels with bedbugs, I guess I was a bit shell-shocked. No bedbugs here, but in examining the room to make sure, there was quite a bit of hair, dust, and dirt on the mattress behind the headboard. Also, the beds were comfortable, but barely big enough for two adults. The room also did not come... more

Very roomy for one adult- a couple would be comfortable here. Nice layout in first part of room with couch/coffee table, chair with ottoman, desk/chair. There is a small fridge and microwave and sink opposite the desk. Very generous space. Bathroom arrangement- tub and toilet are in a separate room from sink. I can verify the post from July- the... more

We were recently in Carmel for a wedding. The family had set up a special deal for family and friends from out of the area, to stay at Springhill Suites. We made out reservation on the phone, and the women we spoke with was very nice, asking if we had any special requests etc. When we checked in, we asked... more

I reviewed this property a couple of years ago and took great issue with the hard beds and soft water. I travel to Carmel approximately once a month and have managed to find more comfortable and lower cost lodging nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn or the Doubletree. However, I recently found myself needing a room and my usuals were... more

The room was very clean and well equiped. i like the fact that i can have my sitting area and sleeping area seperate. Their are other hotels in the area that... more
