Charming, beautifully appointed, immaculate.....and, to top it all off the owners, Keith & Taya are not only erudite, but just plain good fun....GREAT visit! Brookville Lake, nearby is 17 miles long and the shoreline is nothing but wonderful trees and soaring vistas.

I really don't think that I have anything else to say that others have said. The Inn is warm and inviting. Pictures do not do it justice. We stayed in the green room. Beautiful and comfortable. Bed is sleep number which we have at home. Will definitely be back.

We've made many stays at the Brookville Inn, every one a pleasure. The place is inviting and beautifully kept, with most every guest's possible need anticipated and provisioned for. The innkeepers know how to make you feel welcome and then get out of your way, so you can feel 'at home' yourself.

Keith made us feel right at home in our absolutely beautiful room! I didn't want to leave! The house is just lovely. Everywhere I looked I found another little gem to admire. The bathroom was awesome! Love how it is all decorated. Thanks, Keith!

We stayed in the Willow Green room. Large room with king size sleep number bed. Hosts are very friendly and fix a simple but delicious breakfast. They were quite helpful in directing us to places to eat and things to do. Would most definitely stay there again!

Friendly, inviting, and beautifully decorated! This Inn and its Innkeepers, Keith and Taya far exceeded our expectation for hospitality and comfort. Coming in the middle of a very cold and snowy winter we didn't know what to expect but a warm welcome was waiting. The sidewalks shoveled both in the evening and in the morning to our car doors, a... My husband and I found this Bed & Breakfast as it was close to the Morgan Canoe Livery, where we planned to canoe last weekend on the Whitewater River. We stayed in the Willow Green room, which has a King sized Sleep Number bed, a nice sitting area, and a private bathroom. We never met Taya, but Innkeeper Keith was... More

This is a first class inn in a rather unexpected location! Very close to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio... a short drive from the Cincinnati region... and minutes away from Brookville Reservoir... the inn is what you would expect in a busier area. Innkeepers are friendly yet professional, home is immaculate and beautifully decorated, linens are luxurious, breakfast is healthy... More

What a lovely place to spend a few days! The house is beautifully restored and the furniture and accessories are all so beautiful and interesting. I can only imagine how much time and energy went into the shopping for all those collectibles and furniture. The house is beautifully restored and the owners are the most gracious host and hostess. They... More
