Ugly, stained carpet. Bad, musty/moldy smell to the room and alot of it came from the ac unit. Bad shower pressure. They are often full to capacity so there is no excuse for not investing money in the property. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed here 2 nights, nothing fancy but for the price it was great. No complaints, plenty of room for 2 adults, one teenager, and 2 little ones, and our boxer ;) basic breakfast, but got the job done.

price is reasonable low and room is tidy and clean. But the window is too close to a market parking lot, making you can't pull up the curtains or you can be exposed to the public ...

Very nice budget motel. Our non-smoking room was clean and did not smell of stale smoke, as I've often found elsewhere. I really appreciated having a fridge and coffee maker available in the room, and wrapped paper cups, rather than plastic ones, left for us to use. My daughter hopes to audition at the music school at Indiana U., and... More

Very pleasant experience. The location is unbeatable: right across the street from Panera Bread (my favorite cafe), the Red Lobster, and the Bloomington Mall. Also, about half a mile from Indiana University. The bathrooms were extremely clean, cleaner than in much more expensive hotels. In spite all this, this is one of the least expensive hotels in Bloomington.

Entered the parking lot, and right away noticed some men drinking beer by their car. Went inside the room and could barely see without opening the shades to the window. We couldn't open the shades, because our room opened to the parking area, where the cars and men were. There were only two lamps to turn on, and they must... More

about what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. property was kept clean, rooms were comfortable, breakfast was bland. it's about a 25 min walk from the middle of IU's campus and a 40 min walk from downtown. there's a large mall across the street.
