Staff is extremely rude horn blowing from other room called front desk manager said so someone's practicing blankets are thins beds hard but mostly STAFF IS RUDE and when you complain NOTHING is done due to staff all being friends treats guests like so leave we don't need your business.

May 2013 No refrigerator, no microwave, window screen damaged and could not open the window. Air conditioner did not stay running the first night. Small rooms. Staff was very courteous but facility does not offer a lot. No pool, no exercise room. Lobby very small especially when offering a continental breakfast.

It was the weekend of Little 500 in Bloomington 500. Lots of kids in the hotel. They partied all night. No attempt to quiet the noise even after a 4:30 a.m. phone call to the front desk.

The hotel lobby and hallways severely need updating but the room was something else. New carpeting it looked like or very clean at least. Thick mattress, I slept great.
