On football weekends, Bloomington hotels command overly high prices due to lack of availability. Crowne Plaza is no exception, but the rooms are better than most in town. The hotel's phone lines are not the same as listed in the packet in your room. You can call the room service line, and it will ring and ring and no one will answer it . The restaurant and room service are fair, at best. The hotel itself is set up more like a motel, with outside exits and entrances.... more
