The hotel's phone lines are not the same as listed in the packet in your room. You can call the room service line, and it will ring and ring and no one will answer it . The restaurant and room service are fair, at best. The hotel itself is set up more like a motel, with outside exits and entrances.... more

Finally a hotel with a restaurant and lounge in B-town! The food is good and the lounge is fantastic. How nice to not have to walk a block in the cold, just to have a meal and a drink. Staff was friendly and the Hotel is the best in Bloomington. I will be staying here again and again. more
