I'm pretty easy to please. I am slow to anger and quick to forgive. That being said, there were numerous things about this hotel that crossed the line for me, and I have to say something. Just one disgusting or frustrating thing after another. Cosmetic things, like the shredded curtain on the window, the dents and dings on the wall, the peeling carpet and paint--I don't care about that stuff. But brown and yellow stains all over the walls, chairs, mattresses, comforters, floor...I CANNOT tolerate. When we went to check into our room, the main light switch didn't work. The room was muggy, and reeked like a laundry basket full of dirty clothes. Hoping to air out the room I flipped the switch to the exhaust fan in the bathroom but of course it didn’t work either. I turn on a lamp to discover there are drips of some kind of brown sludge ALL OVER the floor, and of COURSE my coat fell in it. At first I thought they were cigarette burns or some kind of stain but I took a kleenex and wiped at it and it came right up. It was like a few dozen melted chocolate chips all over the floor. I HOPE it was chocolate. No way in hell am I walking around on this disgusting carpet in my socks. Then I discovered brown and yellow stains on the comforter. There is NO WAY you could miss all this stuff while cleaning the room. I went down to the front desk and asked for a new room. I will say, the staff I dealt with were very polite, apologetic, and helpful, doing what they could to accommodate me. They were about the only positive aspect of my experience I can think of. They got me a new room and it was better, but as we got further into our stay we discovered more things that were foul or frustrating. More brown and yellow stains on the mattress and floor. Yet again, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The plumbing in the rooms sucks. The shower barely drained. First shower I took it was up to my ankles the whole time, second shower I took it was halfway up my calves. And YES I checked that the drain was cleared. The floor/base of the tub was caving in, rather than being flat it was U shaped, so awkward to stand in. The flush on the toilet was incredibly weak. You could say "Why didn't you tell the staff about these problems so they could fix them?" I DID with some of the stuff, but when it comes to stuff like the shower and toilet, what were they going to do? Bring a plumber in to snake the pipes or repair them while I just awkwardly sit there? I didn't want to deal with that hassle and intrusion. And I didn’t want to pack all my stuff up and switch rooms again. At that point I was just so sick of it and I couldn’t wait to check out of the place. The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars was because of the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was decent. Despite all their problems, the bathrooms were relatively clean. And I never saw any bugs. But the negatives far outweighed the positives. If there was anything I learned from my stay it was a harsh reminder that you REALLY need to do a deep dive on the reviews. I was pressed for time and just looking for a halfway affordable room for a couple days and should've dug into the reviews some more. Because it's clear that I am not the only one who has been experiencing these issues. If you asked me if I would ever stay at this hotel again, the answer would be absolutely NO. If you want my advice, stay somewhere else. Because odds are you will not be happy with your stay at this hotel.

A+ rating. Shawna made our experience so good. She's a very hard worker she cleaned and helped everybody. And Jessica was so good with the food prep and sanitation. All the staff was courteous. The rooms returned and will be back

The staff was very friendly. However, this property needs updates and cleaning. The shower had no water pressure, our desk chair was broken, the air conditionally barely worked, there was only 1 roll of TP. Surfaces were dusty and the carpet was stained.

This comfort inn is beyond disgusting. I asked if I could change rooms and the front desk woman said that the room I was was one of the nicer ones! It’s smelled, had dirty stains all over carpet and it DEFINITELY had not been cleaned well. Unfortunately I prepaid for three nights here and it’s not cancellable. I’m going to try and cancel tomorrow but I doubt they will let me. Literally the only thing nice about this dump is the front desk lady was pleasant.

We recently stayed here for one night on our way to Texas and were not impressed. The room had a mattress that should have been tossed out a long time ago, and there were places on the floor where the carpet was torn ,or worn down to the floor. Also the only chair in the room had stains on the cushion and when we lifted it up there were even worse stains under it, we've stayed at Comfort Suites all over the country and they were always great. I guess there really is a big difference between a Comfort Inn and a Comfort Suite, the price wasn't.

We first stayed here last June and were pleasantly surprised by our nice clean room and friendly staff. I didn't think twice about booking here again. Now on day 3 of our 3-night stay, I won't be back. The night shift desk clerk is wonderful and that is the only good thing I have to say. Upon arrival to our room Thursday night, the first thing we noticed is that the door dragged along the very worn carpet. The second thing was the weird bathroom barn door that just swings freely from the ceiling, yet is nearly impossible to open or close without straining your back. The fully mirrored closet door also barely moves along its track and we've been wrestling with it daily. There was what appeared to be a dirty sheet wadded up on the floor. We had one towel set each and about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper with no spares. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor when I walked and I looked down to see why, but could only see several long dark hairs that did not belong to me. The lamp beside the bed was unplugged and I'm glad I looked before blindly reaching for the cord because the floor was disgusting and cereal, candy, and general nastiness was clearly visible. Any housekeeping staff making the slightest bit of effort would have easily seen this. The fitted sheet continuously came off the bed throughout the night, revealing things we'd rather not have seen. When we left the hotel the next morning, we stopped by the desk and requested more towels and toilet paper and asked that our trash be emptied. When we got back that evening, none of it had been done. I went to the desk and told him and he apologized and gave me towels and toilet paper. It's Saturday now and we just arrived back in our room after being away all day. Our trash cans are now overflowing. There is a pile of dirty towels along with the random abandoned sheet. Clearly housekeeping does not intend to return to our room at all until maybe after we leave tomorrow morning. We rarely eat the free hotel breakfasts, but usually check them out for future reference. When we came last time, they were giving out "grab and go" bags due to COVID. This time the breakfast area is open but don't expect any hot food. The empty chafing dish is just collecting dust on the counter. There is a toaster for bagels. There are packaged muffins, dry cereal and granola bars, and a fridge with yogurt, milk and fruit cups. The wifi is free and incredibly slow. Last time the network was IHG Connect and this time it is Comfort, so I wonder whether there has been some change in ownership. For the price, we weren't expecting the Ritz, or anything close, but a clean room is not an unreasonable expectation at any price. A room this nasty and rundown is just not okay. Something has gone very wrong since our last visit and that is disappointing.

I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful experience we had here. The front desk staff was awesome. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and far nicer that motels much higher in price. The breakfast bar was small but great and we enjoyed the variety of tasty items. Coffee and a computer were available 24 hours. Best part we found were the super comfortable beds and the wonderful sleeping accommodations. You can't do any better for the price than at this outstanding facility.

Most affordable room and only a mile from kids apartment. No issues with room. They have three HBO channels and plenty of others. King bed was super comfy. Slept thru breakfast. Plenty of lighting and electrical outlets. Had a minor billing issue that Manager Shawna corrected and then followed up with a phone call the next day to confirm. That is AWESOME! Incredible customer service...this girl should be getting a big raise for representing your business above-and-beyond. Because of her, we will be coming back in June/August and stay here. Thank you so much Shawna...good things happen to good people! God Bless.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in...even tried calling with no answer. Toilet did not work in room. No one at the front desk....waited and called..no answer...walked entire floor looking for help and unable to locate anyone. 15 minutes later, went back to the room and tried to fix the toilet ourselves. Luckily was able to do so. Expect no help or customer service and good luck finding someone to check in.
