This hotel is in need for extensive renovation. The rooms are old, the television in the room is from the 1980's and the color is almost non-existent, the towels are like sandpaper, the toilet paper is like newspaper, there is no iron in the room, there is no hair dryer in the room, and the bed is as hard as... Room decor is outdated. Security is a joke. Bed was so hard I would have got a better night sleep on the floor. Finding a working outlet in room was near impossible. Water pressure in shower was minimal, hardly rinsed soap off. Breakfast was beyond being a joke. Don't even think about a pool - I guess it's to expensive... More

I have stayed here many times on business. We are always greeted like family. Our rooms have always been clean, comfy and reasonably priced. A good place to stay and feel welcome. Yes, you can pay more somewhere else and get a fancier room. But the staff here makes all the difference.

this hotel was easy to find and clean and friendly staff. But the we were by noisy people who slammed doors and run up and down the halls until 2 in the morning. I would like to stay there again but will ask to be away from noisy rooms that the people will be partying in!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments and we are happy to hear that you were pleased with our hotel. We are very sorry for the loud people that were staying here during that weekend. We do our best to control the noise but obviously were unable to that time and for that, please except our apology.... More

The clerk was very nice at check in - pleasant and informative. After that, the hotel was extremely run down - holes in carpet, paint old, rooms worn down. My advice is to pay a little bit more and go elsewhere. I will most definitely not return.

We are very sorry that you found our hotel run down. We are constantly making improvements on our property and our guests comments are a important tool for us, so thank you for your comments. The minute we pulled in the lot with our 2 boats, I knew I made a mistake. Booked w/Priceline.com. I saw 1/6 Bad reviews. Immediately were yelled at by 3 top floor balconies with undesirables to be nice. This hotel obviously has people living there full time. I went directly in to cancel, the owner (Mr. Patel's) solution after having... More

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience here at our hotel. The people from the balconies were unfortunately at the motel next door and it is very difficult for us to control what they do. We have made many efforts to do this, but we do not own that property. Also, we are sorry about the confusion... More

After 12 hours of driving from Mpls. I was looking forward to a good night's sleep before the next long day in Blmgtn. The hotel looked dingy, dark, and depressing. We noticed part of the towel sets was missing. We called and were asked to come and get them from downstairs. Fine, they're busy. Whatever. Around 11pm a group that... More

I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. We try to keep all the noise to a minimum. But we are not always aware of the noise till we are told. We have recently renovated our phone system for the entire hotel, so that is no longer an issue. I do also apologize for the actions of the... More

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us, but I have to say that you have to be over exaggerating quite a bit, as we clean all of our rooms after every stay. You and your husband stayed here for about a week and in that time did not come down and complain. If there is ever a... More
