this hotel was easy to find and clean and friendly staff. But the we were by noisy people who slammed doors and run up and down the halls until 2 in the morning. I would like to stay there again but will ask to be away from noisy rooms that the people will be partying in!!!

The clerk was very nice at check in - pleasant and informative. After that, the hotel was extremely run down - holes in carpet, paint old, rooms worn down. My advice is to pay a little bit more and go elsewhere. I will most definitely not return.

The minute we pulled in the lot with our 2 boats, I knew I made a mistake. Booked w/Priceline.com. I saw 1/6 Bad reviews. Immediately were yelled at by 3 top floor balconies with undesirables to be nice. This hotel obviously has people living there full time. I went directly in to cancel, the owner (Mr. Patel's) solution after having... More

After 12 hours of driving from Mpls. I was looking forward to a good night's sleep before the next long day in Blmgtn. The hotel looked dingy, dark, and depressing. We noticed part of the towel sets was missing. We called and were asked to come and get them from downstairs. Fine, they're busy. Whatever. Around 11pm a group that... More

The "non-smoking" room was a joke. I had to wash all my clothes at a laundrymat after I checked out. The slider lock was broken, so I had to slide a table and chair up against it. It was extremely noisy with people driving in and out of the parking lot all night long. I will spend the extra money... More

This place has bigger, nice, cleaner rooms than Motel 6 next door, and good cable television. And are ALWAYS the BEST value in Bloomington. These other comments about cockroaches & such: Don't believe it, cz I KNOW they wash ALL the towels & bedding, EVERY guest-occupied night. They're a nice, Indian, extended FAMILY-RUN place managing it with pride. Kenny will... More

I visited IU for NW bball game with a friend and was only staying Satuuday night. We both aren't picky people but this place was just plain unacceptable. The whole place reeked of smoke and the walls were clearly stained by smoke. The bed sheets and pillow cases were very dirty and we had to ask for new ones immediately.... More
