I have traveled for a living for 20+ years and the least expensive and most accomodating place I stay is always the BV Hampton. Wonderful, stable, customer-oriented staff that I can't say enough about and mna have been working there almost as long as I have been coming.

Rollaway crib requested was late arriving to the room, not a crib at all (a pack & play, which we could have brought from home), and was broken. Wouldn't waste my money staying here again, regardless of limited options. I'd rather stay with my mother-in-law!

Over all our stay was satisfactory. The only real issue was the smell of smoke. The staff was courteous and even called our room a few minutes after our arrival to see if it was satifactory and if there was anything else she could provide for us.

It was ok, I have stayed in better Hampton Inns. The entire first floor hallway smelled like the pool and was VERY warm. I didn't see a vending machine on the first floor, nor was I told about one by the front desk.
