We stayed for 4 nights. The staff in the reception were really friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was good as well and included in the room price. Room and beds ok for the price. It is a bit distant from the city, but a taxi from the hotel to Habana Vieja is only 7-10 EUR. Like other people who stayed... More

I had a very good stay here overall. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Clean quiet room. Great shower. Great breakfast with cook your-own waffles, fruit, hard boiled eggs, meat patty, tons of pastries, oatmeal etc etc. Way beyond what I expected on that. Surprise to me that they had a pool at this price.

We have stayed here about 3 times. The hotel is getting a little run down - carpets not clean. But it's a good value. The breakfast is pretty good. The staff are very helpful. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave us things, but the desk staff provided them.

This hotel is just fine. I don't understand the negative reviews. Front desk service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed had soft, crisp linens. For the price I paid this hotel was more than adequate. Suggestion: Don't stay away because of negative reviews. Call at 3:00pm on your day of arrival and ask them to hold their nicest... More

I wish I had better things to say. On the positive side, the staff was friendly. On the negative side, the heated pool was not heated, the microwave in our room was on the fritz, housekeeping neglected to refill the toilet paper even though the dispenser was empty when they cleaned the room, ugh. Also, the breakfast was all fat... More

We stayed 4 nights simply due to sell-outs elsewhere in the area. Although we got a good rate, the place was in need of upgrading and a thorough cleaning. The pool is ice-cold. One would not have expected that in an indoor pool. The breakfast was in need of a spark. The only warm item was sausage links and so-so... More

Another decent stay at this location. Not too much to constructively criticize other than the entry doors "stick" when trying to open them. The ceiling in my first floor king room had some average completed repairs to them, but other than that it was all good. The king size bed was comfortable, the window can be opened and the location... More

I've always have good experiences at Quality Inns in the past. The overnight rate was pretty good, so I thought that I would give it a show. You can tell that they bought the hotel from a previous chain and rebranded. I was disappointed to learn at sign in that there was no elevator. When I get up to the... More

First impression was a manual door entry with a smelly foyer, no elevator and a smelly stairwell. Not good if your traveling with luggage or have challenges with stairs. Issues with a temperamental key card entry caused a slight delay and left us standing in the hallway while the front desk clerk ran the stairs a few times. The room... More

We stayed at the Quality Inn Woodstock on Saturday, February 1, 2014. We were in town for the Groundhog day celebrations. Pros: Indoor pool for the kids. It was dated but they did provide towels, the temperature was warm and there were seats and tables for the adults. Dining room was open all day so you could go in there... More
