This hotel is ok for the price, I.e. Clean, spacious room, cable tv. However, I paid extra for the breakfast which was a sad buffet of cold eggs and a few bits of melon. Forego the breakfast and eat for cheaper at one the restaurants along the strip. Also, this hotel is at the end of the strip, so if... More

First of all, I wouldn't recommend Mui Ne as a destination unless you really want to kite surf, or you're Russian. Nam Hai hotel is a huge hotel on the less backpacker-visited side of Mui Ne. On arrival, we were handed a printed sheet of paper with instructions from a somewhat unfriendly lady and our passports were requested without an... More

Hotel itself was very nice, clean and confortable. Breakfast was also good. Only bad thing we experianced there was that the reception staff was very unfriendly. They were very rude and if we asked some questions they did not want to answer us and just stared and mumbled something. There were not many restaurants and drinking places that were open... More

I had a horrendous experience with Nam Hai Hotel Mui Ne. The manager of this hotel is the most unprofessional and rude employee I've ever encountered in the service industry. I prepaid for 3 nights in a superior room with two beds at this hotel through an agent. Upon arrival, the manager informed me fiance's 11 year old sister was... More

It helped that we got a free upgrade to a suite....overall it is a little worn in places but the friendly staff try with very little English spoken in the area communication can be difficult. The area is dominated by Russian. Shopping is terrible...beach is not dirty but it can get very windy and spent most of the time getting... More

We (7 ppl) are photo gang. Come to Mui Ne to take pictures of famous white sand dune in early sunrise. We select here because it's cheapest and almost close to the white sand dune (1 hr drive). We travel from Saigon, 6 hrs, drop our luggages around 03:00, some sleep and shower, then go away for photo. Back around 0900... More

The hotel itself and rooms are good, i cannot fault that and location isnt too bad considering how dull of a place Mui Ne is ( honestly, if youre reading this from Nha trang or HCM, STAY THERE, this town is a dump and the beach is horrible, nothing like the pictures or what Lonely Planey says). Breakfast spread is... More

They upgrade us to the VIP room without extra charge, it is a connecting room with 2 bed rooms which is convenience for our family. Like their Pho for breakfast. Clean room. The bus can drop you off here and pick you up when you go back Saigon. Jeep for city tour haft day cost 500.000 VND.

Clean but tired hotel. Our room on the 4th floor did have ocean views but it also came with vehicle noises (and why do truck drivers have to toot horns 20 times when once would suffice?) and all through the night too. But worst of all, there was a laundry somewhere near our room and it offered 24 hour service... More

Nothing really wrong with the Nam Hai, but certainly nothing to recommend it. First of all, it is situated at the dull end of the beach strip, so rather far from many of the more interesting restos, etc. The building itself is tired and dated and in need of refurbishment, as are the rooms, lifts, common areas. There is a... More
