I've been all around the world and never treated like this. They double booked our room while staying there for three days...and so, we were kicked to the curb with no place to stay. Rudest staff (telling us it was our problem) super unhelpful!! If you want to enjoy your stay in Mui Ne, stay elsewhere.

Total nightmare. When we arrived, there was no room in the dorm for us even though we had booked and secured our room. They moved us into a different room (okay so far.) However, we then asked at reception if we could stay an extra night and were told this was fine and had been noted. However, on the extra... More

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend in one of the dorms. Really clean, even the toilet. Staff struggeling in english, Air Condition is not able to keep the room cool. Super pool, some nice sunloungers. Direct beach access, quite clean aswell. Surf shop next door and restaurant aswell. Good stuff! Single /twin rooms look awesome. Would come again if... More

Thats the hotel (which is boutique) and the duty manager Trang (?). This hotel is very well located and although the beach is very limited due to tide , the pool area is lovely ,almost an infinity pool with view of ocean ,and there is a patio on the sea front with sun loungers. The breakfast is good ,free coffee... More

We booked a room 3 weeks in advance, one day before we should've arrive we replied on their letter with request to confirm our arrival. But when we arrived after 5 hours of a trip by bus we got lots of lie and offer to move to another cheaper hotel but for the same price!!! They made a double booking... More

Tried to stay here over the Christmas period. Booked almost two weeks in advance as we wanted to ensure we got somewhere nice, good price and with fellow travellers in a shared room, as we were away from home. Turned up to find out they didn't have our reservation, despite us receiving a confirmation email and a 10% deposit taken... More

Spent two nights here. Originally booked one night in a dorm for two people $10 each no breakfast. There had been an error at the hostel and the dorm was full. So they offered us a private double for $30 with breakfast (should be $50) for the first night which seemed very fair and included breakfast which was great. Staff... More

Mui Ne is a really beautiful place, and Zenora is in a great location. It has a pool, a walk down to the beach, and is in pretty much the middle of the strip. My friend and I stayed in the dorm room that they have there. Everything was great except that it was very cramped. It's a twelve bed... More

I could almost literally, jump out my bed and land in the swimming pool...what about you ? Fresh and nice breakfast, I enjoyed it every single day...The hotel is surely worth your money. Try it ! It's worth it. Daniela Smits - Belgium

+++ : we loved the room (clean, quiet), the balcony with view on the see, the very very nice garden around the swimming pool. This hotel is small, so very quiet. Almost alone on the beach. The staff was friendly. Many restaurants around. --- : there is no real beach. All along the coast is concrete, and here the see comes... More
