We thoroughly enjoyed our seven nights at Zenora. The staff were friendly and helpful. Manager Quynh made certain we were well looked after. We loved the location. Right on the beach and spoilt for choice with restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room, B1, had absolute beach frontage and privacy from other guests. The room might not be three star, but... More

Booked it on hostelworld.com and it's anything but a hostel. Super nice beach resort. Amazing upkeep, landscaping, and pool. The view and beach are also pretty much worth the trip alone. It's right next door to the kiteboarding place and Joe's Bar ( which is the bar/restaurant pretty much everyone staying in the area ends up at). Rooms clean! What... More

We stayed here in July for one night on the recommendation of some friends who stayed here a few years ago. The location is great. Beach is at the back door and the main "strip" at the front door. Unfortunately, this place is really dated, shabby and in need of some serious love and attention. The rooms were small and... More

We have mixed feelings about our stay at Zenora, but ultimately left with 2 hours of out time wasted and feeling scammed. The good: the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most spoke English at a sufficient level. The grounds were quaint and decently maintained. The rooms were small, but appropriate for the price. Although, the toilet was broken... More

Wanted to go to the backpacker down the road but it was full and I'm thankful it was as I found this place! A/C on all day, so it's lovely and cool! Nice clean bathroom with hot shower and western toilet with toilet paper!! Miracles do happen ha! Downside is the beds are rock hard in the dorm but I... More

Firstly we booked a dorm room online which was unavailable when we got there so the three of us were crammed into a tiny room for the first night. The second day we had booked a tour so were due there at 13.30pm at which the hotel decided to tell us we had to remove our bags and get out... More

I've been all around the world and never treated like this. They double booked our room while staying there for three days...and so, we were kicked to the curb with no place to stay. Rudest staff (telling us it was our problem) super unhelpful!! If you want to enjoy your stay in Mui Ne, stay elsewhere.

Total nightmare. When we arrived, there was no room in the dorm for us even though we had booked and secured our room. They moved us into a different room (okay so far.) However, we then asked at reception if we could stay an extra night and were told this was fine and had been noted. However, on the extra... More

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend in one of the dorms. Really clean, even the toilet. Staff struggeling in english, Air Condition is not able to keep the room cool. Super pool, some nice sunloungers. Direct beach access, quite clean aswell. Surf shop next door and restaurant aswell. Good stuff! Single /twin rooms look awesome. Would come again if... More

Thats the hotel (which is boutique) and the duty manager Trang (?). This hotel is very well located and although the beach is very limited due to tide , the pool area is lovely ,almost an infinity pool with view of ocean ,and there is a patio on the sea front with sun loungers. The breakfast is good ,free coffee... More
